A spring-loaded, full lift open bonnet safety relief valve fitted with an integrated radiator for enhanced heat dissipation, specifically engineered for high-temperature steam and gas service on boilers, pressure vessels, and industrial pipelines. The open bonnet design allows the spring chamber to communicate with the atmosphere, actively reducing spring temperature during operation and extending service life under sustained high-heat conditions. Sized and selected per API 520, manufactured to API 526, and tested to API 527.

  • Full lift design for rapid, high-capacity discharge upon reaching set pressure
  • Open bonnet construction with integrated radiator for effective spring cooling in elevated temperature service
  • Metal-to-metal seating for reliable shutoff and long-term sealing performance
  • Lever-operated manual testing capability when inlet pressure exceeds 75% of set pressure
  • Stellite-faced seating surfaces available for extended service life in steam applications
  • Flanged inlet and outlet connections per ASME B16.5
  • Suitable for steam, gas, and other non-polluting high-temperature media
  • Sealing performance meets and exceeds API 527 tightness requirements
